Pick up your order from us

  • Pickup in person without additional charge
  • Depending on the selected product(s), you will be able to pick up your order within 2-14 working days
  • A notification email about the order's availability on site will be sent to the address specified in the invoice
  • The cost using Omniva, DPD or Venipak couriers would be 3EUR-25EUR depending on size and weight.

  • Delivery costs may vary depending on the contents of the selected order and each selected product may have its own delivery
  • The order is processed within 3 working days
  • Delivery within 3-14 working days
  • 1-4 days before the planned delivery of the order, a notification email will be sent to the address specified in the invoice

Product Returns and Refunds

When shopping at Plug SIA online store, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases that are not concluded remotely.

The withdrawal period ends after 14 days, starting from the day when the order is obtained in possession. To avoid misunderstandings, upon receiving the goods, you are obliged to ensure that they fully correspond to the order description – model, color, size, and other essential parameters.

If you wish to return a product, you must inform us by sending the product return form, no later than 14 days after receiving the product. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the end of the 14 calendar day period.

If you choose to return a product, it is your responsibility to contact the transport company (courier) and pay the product return transport costs.

The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period; if the goods have been used in a way that does not comply with the principle of good management, including used for a purpose other than determining the properties or functioning of the goods. Therefore, it is recommended to handle the goods carefully and to open their packaging carefully.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. An undamaged, original package forms a significant part of the product's value and also contains important information related to your product return.

If you choose to return a product, upon receiving the product, you may only handle it in such a way as is necessary to determine the type of product, its features, and its functioning.

Return Process

If you choose to return products, you must:

  • Fill out a return application (the consumer prepares the claim application in free form or fills out the claim application form) and send it to us. The application must specify:
    • The name of the addressee (seller) of the claim application
    • The name, surname, and address of the consumer (claimant)
    • Documents or copies of documents attached to the claim application (a copy of the transaction confirming document is attached to the claim application)
    • The date of submission of the claim application
    • The name of the product you wish to return
    • The claim application is signed by the consumer (claimant) or their representative. If the claim application is signed by the consumer's (claimant's) representative, a power of attorney confirming the right of representation must be attached to the claim application
  • Ensure that the products you are returning are securely packed in the original packaging. The product must be returned in the original packaging
  • Attach a return label to each box you are returning. If you do not have access to a printer, you can write the labels by hand. Do not forget to write the sender's information on the labels. Make sure there is one label on each box, otherwise we will not be able to identify the shipment. Please also write the sequence number and the total number of boxes on each label. For example, Box No. 1/3, 2/3, and 3/3
  • Contact the transport company and pay the product return transport costs. We do not accept shipments that are registered as "Payment on delivery". We recommend purchasing transport insurance, as you are responsible for the products until we receive them. Therefore, keep your postal receipt and/or shipment tracking or reference number
  • The product must be delivered to our office: Plug SIA, Ogre, Ziedu iela 2, LV-5001

Plug SIA does not accept products that are irresponsibly or poorly packed, used, damaged, incomplete, and which, due to damage, cannot be resold.

Refunds

After receiving the returned product, we will check whether the value of the goods has not decreased, and then we will pay the amount according to the condition (value) of the returned goods.

The money will be refunded in the same payment method used when purchasing the products. The advance payment made before receiving the goods, if any, will be refunded if the goods do not correspond to the description. In this case, the goods are not handed over to the buyer. If the goods correspond to the description but the buyer refuses to accept them, the advance payment is not refunded.

The buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal, and the buyer may lose the purchase amount partially or fully, if the decrease in the value of the goods is related to, for example:

  • The product is not packed
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged
  • The product has been used
  • The product is damaged while in your possession
  • You have handled the goods inappropriately for their functionality
  • If the product is used for a purpose other than determining its nature, properties, and functioning
  • The exceptions to the right of return related to this particular type of product have not been observed
  • As well as in other cases specified in regulatory enactments.

Important!

Before the end of the withdrawal period, the buyer informs Plug SIA of the decision to withdraw from the order by submitting a withdrawal form or a notice of the use of the right of withdrawal electronically, sending the relevant document to [email protected], or by sending a registered letter. The buyer is obliged to prove the use of the right of withdrawal.

The buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for a purpose other than determining their nature, properties, and functioning, as well as for returning them in full set. If the buyer returns such goods, Plug SIA has the right not to accept them.

Avoid unpacking the product if you wish to return it. As a result of unpacking the product, the amount of money refunded may be reduced by 25-75%.
