Intellectual property rights to plug.lv belong to SIA PLUG.

  1. SIA PLUG has the right to change the content of the website and the terms of use, which take effect upon publication.
  2. SIA PLUG is not liable for any kind of losses incurred by the user as a result of using the online store plug.lv.
  3. By accessing the plug.lv website and using it, the user confirms that they have read the terms of use and agree to comply with them.
  4. Before placing an order, the client must confirm that they are familiar with these terms, as well as with the Terms of Delivery and Warranty and Withdrawal Rights.
  5. By purchasing the goods offered in the plug.lv online store, it is considered that such mutual agreement is a Distance Contract and is regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts".

Data Confidentiality:

  1. Users of the plug.lv online store have the opportunity to register as permanent users by creating their own user profile.
  2. The user is prohibited from disclosing their access data to other persons.
  3. When using the plug.lv online store, the user can familiarize themselves with the rules for processing personal data and, when placing an order, agree to the processing of personal data. This is necessary for the execution of the Distance Contract. SIA PLUG does not use or share the obtained information with third parties.

  5. SIA PLUG may collect and store data that allows analyzing the website's traffic and usage.

  7. Product descriptions and prices
  8. The product images visible in the plug.lv online store may differ from the offered products. To clarify the product description or resolve any uncertainties related to its ordering, as well as to avoid misunderstandings, please contact plug.lv by email: [email protected], or by phone 29995668.
  9. All prices are indicated in euros including VAT. The price does not include delivery charges.
  10. Prices may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication in the plug.lv online store and apply to orders placed after the changes are published.
  11. Prices in the order are valid for 5 working days.

Order Cancellation or Termination of Distance Contract:

  1. SIA PLUG, until the moment the client's payment is received, has the right to cancel the client's order if discrepancies are found in product descriptions or prices.
  2. The order is canceled if the invoice is not paid within 5 days from the moment it is sent to the Client.
  3. SIA PLUG has the right to terminate the distance contract if the parties suffer excessive losses in the execution of the contract or in other cases specified by regulatory enactments.
  4. Any ordered product can be returned within 14 days if it has not been used or damaged.

Payment Procedure

  1. Payment can be made: by bank transfer (when paying by transfer, the product can be received when the money is credited to the SIA PLUG bank account or by presenting a bank-approved payment order with a stamp and signature); By card on the plug.lv website
  2. If the product you wish to purchase is not in stock and must be specially ordered, you will need to make a guarantee deposit of 50-100% of the product value.

Privacy Policy

The privacy policy provides information about how  SIA PLUG   collects, processes, stores, shares, deletes, and protects the Client's personal data, thus ensuring that the Client's personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for the Client.

SIA PLUG is entitled to process the following personal data:

Name, surname, delivery and/or legal address(es), phone number, and email address. Communication data – email, letter, or other information related to the Client's communication with SIA PLUG;

  1. Client's consent – The Client, as the data subject, gives consent themselves (by placing an order and/or registering on this website) for the purposes of personal data processing defined in this privacy policy. The purpose of data collection is listed in the next point.
  2. Fulfillment of client orders and transaction processing – for SIA PLUG to fulfill the client's order, it must collect and process certain personal data, which are collected during the order preparation or before it.

Purposes and legal bases for data processing:

SIA PLUG obtains the Client's personal data when the Client:

  1. Purchases products or services in the SIA PLUG online store, identifying the Client;
  2. Subscribes to news from SIA PLUG;
  3. Requests a product or service offer or contacts SIA PLUG regarding a complaint or information request, identifying the Client;
  4. Participates in contests, lotteries, or surveys;

Disclosure of Client's personal data to third parties:

  1. To courier services – name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address.
  2. To payment service providers – name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address, order information (purchased goods, value, etc.)
  3. To leasing service providers – only if the client wishes to use the services of a leasing provider.

Third parties associated with SIA PLUG may process your personal data only for specific tasks and may not use them for other purposes or disclose them to other persons without our permission.

SIA PLUG is obliged to provide information about personal data to law enforcement authorities, courts, or other state and municipal institutions if this arises from regulatory enactments or the relevant institution's information request.

Personal data retention period

SIA PLUG stores personal data in accordance with the defined purposes of personal data processing and regulatory requirements, as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:

  1. as long as the data subject's consent for the relevant personal data processing is valid, if there is no other legal basis for data processing.
  2. as long as SIA PLUG has a legal obligation to store the data in accordance with regulatory enactments;
  3. as long as SIA PLUG can exercise its legitimate interests in the manner prescribed by external regulatory enactments.

  1. All client personal data known to SIA PLUG is considered confidential information.
  2. The client has the right to:
    • request information about what data is being processed;
    • request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
    • request that data be deleted if they are no longer necessary or if there are other grounds for deletion.
    • request that data processing be restricted in certain circumstances, for example, if the accuracy of the data is being verified.
    • object to data processing if there is a legitimate reason.
    • request that data be transferred to another controller in a structured, readable format.
